Prana Flow classes are an energetic, creative approach to embodying the flow of yoga inspired by the teachings of Shiva Rea. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana. This fluid aspect of movement is a wonderful practice for reducing injury, heightening your energetic & physical alignment as well as having fun! These classes will be a mixture of postures, including hands on assists.
Vinyasa means “breath synchronized movement” and is the action of attaching breath to movement. In these classes, students of all levels will be challenged and engaged in their practice. You will be offered modifications and advancements in each posture with guidance from your teacher as you glide along at your own pace. Remember, you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
A gentle and restorative practice that will allow you to slow down and come back into the mind, spirit connection. This class relies heavily on props and the slowing of the breath in order to re-connect. Oils, light music and props are likely to be used in these classes.
Community yoga classes offer a fun and playful way to get onto your mat! These classes are left to the teachers discretion and will follow the vibe that their students bring into class! Community classes are pay what you can allowing everyone in the community to join in the fun.
