Come learn the physical poses of yoga (called asanas) in a beginner paced class. Alongside the poses we will also explore the mind/body connection within us as you create yoga on and off the mat. We will dive into the sun salutations (with modifications and deeper variations), and learn the basics of standing balance poses.
Each class is one hour long and will include both flow and a mini lecture on alignment and pose names.
